There are as many ways to celebrate life's events - weddings, re-commitment ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies - as there are people celebrating. Your ceremony should be about you - together we'll make that happen.

What words or readings should we use for our wedding?

To help you prepare, I will provide you with a form to complete when you are ready to work with me. The form will ask for specific information about you as individuals and as a couple.

There is no set "formula" for the words you'll say during your ceremony; you will need to express your commitment to marriage (vows) and your free will choice to marry. Here are additional  parts of a wedding that can be included in your ceremony if you choose:

WHO BRINGS THIS BRIDE?
SECULAR OR RELIGOUS READING(S) OFFERED BY OFFICIANT OR READERS
MARRIAGE BLESSING
STATEMENT BY OFFICIANT ON MARRIAGE
THE GIVING OF RINGS

LIGHTING OF UNITY CANDLE

I have accumulated a number of readings, vow scripts and other writings that you may want to preview. You can also search online, where you will find hundreds of links - here are a few:
